The Tale of Thumbelina tells the story of a small thumb-sized girl who gets stolen away from her mother to be married off to different suitors: a Toad, Cockchafer and Mole. After managing to escape with the help of a friend, she eventually finds love in a foreign land with a flower-fairy prince.
