Starlight

Based off David Ignatow’s For My Daughter, Starlight tells a story of an aspiring astronaut and his daughter who fulfills his wish.

After getting into an accident during Michael’s flight test and being diagnosed with Early-Onset Dementia, he tells his daughter, Anne, his final wish: naming a star after him so he may continue to look after her until she eventually joins him.

Starlight is a recount of his life, following him through Anne's birth and childhood, until he passes and lives on as a star.

me in darkness and silence
together.
